📚 Tuition Rates (Guideline)
All sessions are one-to-one, fully personalised, and shaped around the student’s academic goals. Prices below are guideline rates — the exact fee depends on subject, level, and the support required. Homework can also be provided after each lesson to help students consolidate and reflect on their learning (though I understand this may vary depending on school workload).
- A-Level Maths, Further Maths, Chemistry, or Physics: from £50/hr
- GCSE Maths or Science (any board): from £45/hr
- Key Stage 3 Maths or Science: from £40/hr
- University/Foundation year support: from £60/hr
- International Curricula (AICE / CAIE / IB): from £55/hr
🌐 Online sessions include a small discount and are ideal for students outside my local area or those who prefer remote learning.
👥 Group sessions (up to 3 students) are available on request. I don’t provide students myself, but shared lessons with friends or siblings can reduce the cost per student.
📦 Block bookings: Pre-paying for 10 sessions includes a discretionary discount. Flexible scheduling applies as long as cancellation rules are respected.
📝 Entrance Exams & Specialist Preparation
I offer tailored preparation for high-stakes exams, academic competitions, and university admissions tests. These include:
- 11+ and 13+ entrance exams (Maths and Reasoning)
- TMUA (Test of Mathematics for University Admission)
- MAT (Oxford / Imperial)
- STEP (Cambridge, Warwick, Imperial)
- UKMT Olympiad support
- ESAT (Cambridge Natural Sciences, Engineering, Medicine & Veterinary Medicine)
- UCAT foundational logic and GAMSAT Maths/Science prep
Specialist exam rates: from £60/hr depending on exam and intensity of preparation. Please get in touch to create a bespoke plan.

- Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
